Lauren is a former General Manager of Travel for Fairfax Media (now Nine) and is widely regarded as one of the leading voices in travel marketing in Australia.

She is the co-founder of Storyation, a content marketing agency that counts Tourism Australia, Princess Cruises and Destination NSW among its clients.

The agency was an Australian Financial Review “Fast Starter” – one of the 100 fastest- growing businesses in Australia – and was named AdNews Small Agency of the Year.

In her previous life Lauren was an award-winning journalist and covered September 11 attacks for TVNZ before being made editor of Metro magazine.

She regularly judges award shows in Australia and NZ including ADMA, BEFest, Publish and the Voyager Media Awards and has delivered marketing keynotes in Australia, Singapore, India and the US.

Lauren is the co-host of the travel marketing podcast The Destinationists and regularly contributes to leading travel publications including Qantas magazine.
