If you haven’t already got your Tourism Pro-Team around you, chances are you’re frustrated, exhausted and potentially heading for burnout. This physical and mental exhaustion is likely impacting your personal life, your family and friendships.

This program is designed to help you perform like a pro. And what does that look like? Imagine being focused, brave and leading your team to do and be their best day after day.

We’re aiming to help you have the tough conversations to build an effective management team around you and have the whole team aligned with the business values and purpose.

Together we’ll tackle the 3 biggest obstacles for tourism business leaders when it comes to creating, building and maintaining a high performing team.

  • Being stuck in the day to day
  • Caught up in the ‘doing’ not ‘leading’
  • Disappointing performance results

Pro-Team Commitment

We invite you to be a part of our amazing community of passionate, dedicated and committed tourism business leaders.

However, we want to be super transparent, building a Tourism Pro-Team takes time. That’s why the Tourism Pro-Team program is designed across 12 months, rather than a one off workshop or conference.

We’re going to be working closely together, so we’d like you to be sure you have at least 2 hours a week to dedicate to this over the next 12 months.

Each month, we’ll focus on one of the parts of the Tourism Pro-Team strategy.

We’ll get together on an accountability call as a group to talk about strategy and brainstorm a specific application for you, your team and the business, so you can put it into action and report back on your results. We do this with 1 strategy call and 1 accountability call per month.

The power of community is phenomenal and it’s why we invite you to join us in person in Sydney for three, Tourism Pro-Team Intensive. These full day workshops will be hands-on and practical ensuring clarity, confidence, consistency with tailored capability development to support your growth and development. (3 full day workshops across the year Mar / Aug / Nov, travel costs not included in program fee).

You’ll be invited to join a private Pro-Team Facebook group which is supported by Pro-Team Leaders during the working week to help you with questions and advice.

“I really found the insight into myself as a leader, where to apply it and how to improve my skills, really amazing. There was a lot more self-insight than I anticipated. It wasn’t just a dot point list on leadership and how to do things. Through the program, I learnt it is ok to be the sort of leader that aligns with my own integrity and values and apply the tools to suit and fit my leadership style…” N. Edwards, Tourism Manager.
